Sweetener to equal about 1 Tbsp of sugar

Preheat oven to 425 F.

1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. Add wet ingredients and mix very well
3. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken
4. Spread on pan or in pie plate (I put it on parchment paper).
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through, then add toppings and cook until they are done.

Would adding some baking powder help make this crust rise?

I think I would rather add a tsp or so of yeast...

I wonder whether the yeast can adequately feed on the ingredients listed, which is why baking powder was my first thought.
