At least you're not from ODESSA....  :o

Some folks around here still haven't gotten their head around the post-Cold War geography.

Soviet port city, on the Black Sea...it's in the Crimea, right?  :D

I was born in Odessa and lived there most of my life, jewel on the black sea, Spring almost all year round, inhabited by people who use humour in every aspect of their lives :)

Heh!  Lady, you've a funny idea of Spring. Down here in Austin (Tx) it's about in the mid-60.s, and the F-1 race have begun.

Then you really wouldn't like it, here, when it spikes up to 110F and right now it's 32F in Odessa, UA.

I've been to Fenix in July (twice) and it was painful haha I noticed that after 3 days in 115F weather, I start to breathe slower and adapt to the heat, it doesn't bother me after a week.. but the first few days are crazy challenging for me.

My favorite is Winter in Moscow (approx -22F),  the sun is always very bright, everyone is outside, the vendors are still selling ice cream and almost no one is dressed for the weather, lot's of laughter everywhere.. ok I want to go back right now haha

Yeah, no matter where you go, one season a year is really not great.

The worst winter I experienced was in Korea, it dropped to -50F.

Los Angeles and, to a lesser extent, San Francisco.

Bill,

The weather is fine in San Francisco, but the seasons suck:

Socialist Spring,
Communist Summer
Collectivist Fall, and
Obama Winter
